Every product we develop begins with a real-world problem encountered in the field. Rather than accepting inefficient processes as "the way it's always been done," we engineer simple, durable solutions that allow crews to complete the same work faster, safer, and more consistently.
Our flagship product, the PipeDrive™ Adapter, was created to dramatically reduce the time required to apply corrosion-protection wrap to rigid metal conduit (RMC). By transforming a traditionally manual process into a fast, drill-powered operation, PipeDrive helps contractors increase throughput while providing superior wrap quality and reducing risk.

Meet the Founder
Coronado Custom Tools was founded by an engineer who understands the job from both the field and the shop floor.
Before beginning a career in engineering, I spent years working in a variety of construction trades while putting myself through college. Those experiences taught me how physically demanding the work can be—and how even small improvements in efficiency can have a major impact on productivity, profitability, and the people doing the work.
After college, I spent over a decade as an engineer focused on improving manufacturing processes, eliminating waste, and solving complex technical problems. Throughout that time, one principle remained constant: every unnecessary step is an opportunity to improve.
The PipeDrive™ Adapter was born from combining those two experiences. I knew firsthand how time-consuming manually wrapping rigid metal conduit could be, and I knew there had to be a better way.
